Vad är de tio kropparna?

I Kundaliniyoga använder man ”de tio kropparna” som ett system för självkännedom. De tio kropparna har ingen fysisk plats i kroppen utan representerar olika aspekter av oss människor.

Innehåll
Vi kommer systematiskt att arbeta oss igenom dessa tio kroppar med hjälp av anpassade kriyor och meditationer. Kom och var med på en upptäcktsfärd genom dina olika kroppar. I detta sammanhang kommer vi också att beröra yogisk numerologi och hur du kan använda denna för att bättre förstå dig själv – dina styrkor och svagheter.

Välkommen till en ny termin på Golden Link Yoga!

Nu rullar snart vårterminen igång med lite nyheter och en del förändringar.

  • Fler klasser och fler lärare: Natalia Eng som tidigare undervisat på Göteborgs Kundaliniyogacenter kommer att starta upp med klasser from vecka 2. Carolina Svedberg som tidigare undervisat på Hagabadet kommer att ha en klass på onsdagar from vecka 4. Natalias och Carolinas klasser kräver separata klippkort/betalningar. Vi har också separata bokningssystem.
  • Förändringar i schemat: Kundaliniyoga Grund flyttar till måndagar 19.15 för att ge plats för fördjupningsklassen Yogic Living som flyttar från onsdagar 19.00 till tisdagar 19.00. Kundaliniyoga Fortsättning ligger kvar på torsdagar men börjar en kvart senare, alltså 19.15. GongRelax blir det fredagar jämna veckor 18.00. Som vanligt ersätter FullmåneYoga och NymåneYoga ordinarie klass när det är aktuellt.
  • Ny klass: Gravidyoga onsdagar 16.30 och söndagar 10.30.

  • Nya priser: Yogic Living, FullmåneYoga och NymåneYoga som alla är tvåtimmarsklasser och kräver mer förberedelse har nu ett eget klippkort (6 gånger 1300 kr och 10 gånger 2000 kr) Enstaka gång 250 kr.
  • Nya regler runt bokning och avbokning: Bokning sker alltid via bokningssidan och inte på något annat sätt. Plats på klassen kräver att du har bokat dig. Avbokning ska ske sex timmar innan klassen börjar. Efter det dras en gång på klippkortet.
  • Nya regler runt betalning: Betalning sker i samband med bokning och innan klass har börjat via swish eller banköverföring. (Helst inga kontanter!)

Meditation to Open the Lock of the Heart and Increase the Power of the Infinite Within

Opening of your Heart Center cavity is opening up to your own Infinity.

Posture: Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine, and a light Neck Lock.

Mudra & Movement: Bring hands approximately 6-8 inches in front of your face, palms flat and facing one another,fingers pointing toward the ceiling, and with approximately a 6-8 inch space between the palms. Elbows are relaxed down. With a very fast. powerful jerk, stretch the hands out untilthere is about 36 inches between the hands, and abruptly stop them. Then instantly the hands recoil back to the first position in front of the body. The stopping process will be so abrupt. done with such a powerful force, that you’ll find the hands, chest, shoulders, and head jerking back and forth a little bit.

Mantra: Use the rhythm of the recording, Tantric Har, or 1 movement per second. Do not sing aloud. On every HAR, stretch the arms with such a powerful force, just as if eleven hundred volts have hit you. Concentrate on the reaction in your chest.

Eye Focus: Unspecified.

Time: 11 minutes.

End: Inhale and suspend the breath, but keep on doing the motion on the held breath for approximately 15 seconds. Exhale. Inhale again and continue the motion for approximately 10 seconds.Exhale. Inhale deeply, continue, holding for approximately 5 seconds. Relax.

This heavy Jolt, as you spring your hands and arms apart, will cause a jerking reaction to your chest cavity, which will open up your Heart Center. The navel area, the Third Chakra, is sometimes referred to as the agan granthi―the place from which all fire-related activites spring―food, digestion, breath, to name a few. When this center is locked, your ribcage can become out of place. Then the diaphragm doesn’t act right, and you lose one third of your life force.

This meditation releases this lock and will open up the power of the Almighty within you. You must bring forth the entire power of your being, using a great force with the movement. In this way you will shock your subtle nervous system on the sound of Har. Through this meditation you can move the power of the ida and pingala, and open up the sushmuna.

Aquarian Sadhana på Golden Link Yoga

Första lördagen i månaden är det Aquarian Sadhana på Golden Link Yoga.

Nästa tillfälle är lördagen den 3 november 06.00-08.30.

Aquarian Sadhana består av Japji, en balanserande mantratext som reciteras under ca. 20 min, ett yogapass, kort avslappning och 62 minuters mantrameditation.

OBS! Antalet platser är begränsat (och platserna går åt fort). Garantera din plats genom att boka dig här.

Ät ingen frukost innan sadhana, men drick gärna te eller varmt vatten. Ta gärna med en vattenflaska.
Vi praktiserar tystnad innan klassen börjar. Så inget onödigt prat.

Förkunskaper: Att delta på en sadhana passar dig som har någon vana i att utöva kundaliniyoga. Instruktionerna till varje övning är kort och den som leder sadhana deltar såväl i yogapasset som i mantrameditationen.

Mantra: Adi Shakti

Adi Shakti means, literally, the primal, first power. Feminine in its aspect, it divines the future—both known and unknown, and is the embodiment of creativity, balance, and completion.

This is a quote Yogi Bhajan gave on this mantra specifically for women:
”Merge in the Maha Shakti. This is enough to take away your misfortune. This will carve out of you a woman. Woman needs her own Shakti, not anybody else will do it. When a woman chants the Kundalini Bhakti mantra, God clears the way. This is not a religion, it is a reality. Woman is not born to suffer, and woman needs her own power.”

 How to Do the Adi Shakti Meditation: Sit in easy pose or in a chair with a straight spine. Place your hands i front of the heart center with the arms parallel to the floor. Both palms face down with the left palm 2-3 inches above the right hand. Focus your eyes open or closed as you wish. Chant the mantra ”Adi Shakti”. Chant as long as you like.

Jod Kriya: Meditation for the heart chakra

This meditation is both simple and powerful. It stimulates the thymus to secrete so the heart chakra can awaken. It´ s very relaxing and good for the nerves. It heals a broken heart and opens one to self-love and to receive love.

To heal the emotional wounds of the heart, we need to bring calm to the nerves that hold the wound. We know that a break in relationship (to others or to our Self) has almost identical reactions in the nervous system and brain as a physical injury or loss of limb.

Posture: Sit in Easy Pose with a straight spine and a light Neck Lock.

Mudra: Palms together, lightly touching. The tip of the Saturn (middle) finger is at the level of the Third Eye Point. The forearms are horizontal to the ground, elbows high. Look within at the brow and feel the heart.

Mantra and breath: There is no specified mantra or breath. You can internally chant a mantra of choice or focus on your breath, which will regulate itself. Simply hold the position and connect within.

Time: Continue for 11, 31, or 62 minutes.

To end: Inhale deeply, press the hands together, pressurize the whole body, and pull the locks. Exhale powerfully and repeat two more times. Then stretch up and shake out your whole body.

Sit or lie down on your back and feel the sensations in your spine at the level of your heart. Enjoy being in a very cozy and warm heart space with yourself.
