My back need some more healing so I will take the opportunity to spend time in nature just breathing and experiencing all it´s amazing structures, colors, forms, sounds and scents. If I am cut off from nature too long I get scattered, tense and miserable. For me there is nothing more soothing and relaxing than to walk among old trees and feel the soft ground under my feet. Then I´m at ease with myself and everything around me.
