Meditation for Brosa (Spiritual Endurance)

The Meditation for Brosa affects the element of trust in the human personality. Trust is the basis of faith and commitment and the sense of reality.
It will give you the elevation of spirit so you can stand up to any challenge.
It builds and balances the aura from the fourth chakra up.

Healing in Nature

”Nature can be a source of solace, healing, insight and regeneration. Whether in the wilderness or the backyard, being and communing with nature is also a source of wonder. Here we can be inspired, recharge our batteries, get our hands dirty and engage in partnership with the elements, the awesome beauty of nature and its power.”

My back need some more healing so I will take the opportunity to spend time in nature just breathing and experiencing all it´s amazing structures, colors, forms, sounds and scents. If I am cut off from nature too long I get scattered, tense and miserable. For me there is nothing more soothing and relaxing than to walk among old trees and feel the soft ground under my feet. Then I´m  at ease with myself and everything around me.

Guru Nanak´s Treasure Meditation

Med8GuruNanakstreasureEYESCLOSED

This meditation builds a deep sense of self-reliance. It allows you to separate your identity from your success. It gives you potency, productivity, and caliber. It makes you experience and believe in yourself. Then success comes to serve you, rather than you running after it. This meditation was taught by Guru Nanak. It was passed on by Baba Siri Chand and, later, by Guru Hargobind.

Posture:

Sit in Easy Pose. Raise the right arm in front of the chest, bend the elbow so the forearm is parallel to the ground with the palm facing down in front of the heart center. Raise the left arm out to the side of the body with the upper arm parallel to the ground, at shoulder level. Bend the elbow so the forearm is perpendicular to the ground with the fingers pointing up and palm facing forward, the hand in gian mudra (first finger and thumb tip touching), as if you were taking a pledge.

Eyes:

Eyes are one-tenth open and focused the tip of the nose

Mental focus:

The entire mantra is repeated on a single breath. The tone is a relaxed monotone that varies in emphasis automatically as you proceed through the stages of the mantra.

Time:

Start with 11 minutes and work up to 31 minutes.

Mantra:

Har har har har haree haree
(Each har is one beat, and each haree is two beats)
