Kundaliniyoga på Brännö Brygga

Igår var det andra onsdagen i rad som jag körde kundaliniyoga på Brännö Brygga. Vädret var med oss precis som förra onsdagen och 19 deltagare hade hittat hit för att yoga under bar himmel. Hawaii-passet kallas det pass som jag använde denna onsdagen och efter vilan gjorde vi Cross-Heart Kirtan Kriya.

Nästa onsdag återkommer Clara Nestor från Kundalini Yogastudion Göteborg och kör klassen. Hoppas vi får lika fint väder då!

Kundalini Yoga Meditation for Intuition

This meditation uses a four stroke breath to stimulate the pituitary gland. It must be practiced for the full 16 mins to open up the chakras.

To Build Intuition – 4 stroke Breath

Tune in with the Adi Mantra 3 Times (Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo).

Interlace your fingers except the  Jupiter Fingers (index fingers)  point up.

Cross thumbs.

Eyes are 1/10 open.

Bring fingers just under your nose where you can see the tip of your Jupiter fingers.

INHALE -through ‘O’ mouth 4 Times.

EXHALE – once through the nostrils.

Use your diaphragm on the INHALE .

These exercises are time bound. Open up your chakras and open up your self sensory system.

Continute for 16 minutes.

To End

INHALE: stretch your arms out – palms face up. Hold 20 seconds.

EXHALE

INHALE:  stretch your arms out – palms face up. Hold 20 seconds.

EXHALE

INHALE:  open the fingers and make them like steel. Squeeze all your energy and bring it to your arms.

Meditation to Not Feel abandoned

Yogi Bhajan taught that the ultimate elements to a deep relationship are, “Passion, Intimacy, Love.” Never settle for anything less. Being satisfied in your relationship with yourself is far more fulfilling than being in a toxic relationship with another. In the fishing world they say, “Throw it back into the water.” If a potential relationship doesn’t meet your caliber, “Throw it back,” and the universe will have to accommodate you.

Yogi Bhajan taught this excellent meditation for moving on, turning the page and helping one to not feel abandoned. Read more about the subject here.

Meditation Instructions:

Mudra:

Index, pinky and thumbs all pointing out. Interlace middle and ring. Right hand over the left. Hands are over the heart about 4 inches away from the chest. Create a bit of tension and pull the hands apart.

*Eyes are closed and focus on the tip of nose.

*Chant: Gobinda Gobinda Hari Hari for 3-6 minutes

* Then chant: Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung for 11 minutes

The two mantras played during this meditation are Snatam Kaur’sGobinda Hari” (Prem) and “Ra Ma Da Sa” (Grace).

Kriya – for the sex center (second chakra)

Instructions

The Second Chakra is called the Svadhisthana Chakra. The element associated with the Second Chakra is “water.” Water is much more mobile than earth (associated with the First Chakra). Through patient and constant repetition, water can even shape earth. Here in the Second Chakra is the root of the creativity of the individual which can either be tied up in physical lust and drag many people into suffering or it can be channeled and circulated into other centers, thereby fulfilling the individual in everyday life. The Second Chakra is about desire, passion, about duality and polarities, about movement and change, but fundamentally about creativity. When the Second Chakra is well-developed, you paint the world with passions, motivations and opinions. It prepares the way for compassion in the Fourth Chakra because there are things you clearly care about and want. Read more.
